About this opportunity
The Elizabeth Brisco Scholarship is offered annually to a mature student entering first year in the Faculty of Law, JD program at the University of Calgary. The scholarship provides up to $5,000 in funding to support legal education for mature students beginning their law degree. Selection is based on academic merit, performance on the Law School Admission Test (LSAT), as well as extra-curricular activities, work experience and community involvement. This scholarship is funded through the Estate of Elizabeth Brisco and represents an internal award administered by the University of Calgary's Office of the Registrar.
