Elizabeth Chomyn Memorial Bursary

The Elizabeth Chomyn Memorial Bursary was established in 2021 by Clarke Chomyn to support students enrolled full-time in the Emergency Services Technology program at Lakeland College's Vermilion campus. The bursary is awarded based on satisfactory academic standing and demonstrated financial need. Preference is given to students who are single parents or who come from single parent homes. This award provides $500 in financial assistance to eligible students pursuing careers in fire and emergency services.
