Ellen and Petrus Berg Family Bar None Award

To be awarded annually to a student with satisfactory academic standing entering the fourth year of the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural/Food Business Management, Bachelor of Science in Animal Health or the Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences degree programs in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences. Recipient must have achieved a grade point average of at least 3.0 in the immediate previous year on a minimum 24 credits over the most recent September to April period and have been an Alberta resident for at least the last five years. Recipient will be chosen on the basis of leadership qualities as demonstrated by involvement in extracurricular and community activities. Preference will be given to a student with indicated financial need. Any student already in receipt of one of the other Bar None Scholarships or Awards will not be eligible to receive this Bar None Award in the same year.
