Ellen P. Hughes Culinary Excellence Scholarship

The Ellen P. Hughes Culinary Excellence Scholarship is available to students enrolled in the second year of the Culinary Arts program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). The award is granted on the basis of academic merit, specifically the highest combined GPA achieved in two core culinary courses: The Culinary Professional (CULA1105) and Classical and Modernist Cuisine (CULA2212). Students will be automatically considered for this scholarship based on their academic performance in these courses, with no separate application required. This scholarship recognizes and rewards culinary students who demonstrate exceptional knowledge and skills in professional culinary practices and both classical and modern cooking techniques.
