Ellert Brauner Scholarship

The Ellert Brauner Scholarship was established to support one or more students whose major is in German at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Recipients are selected on the basis of academic achievement and financial need. The scholarship gives special recognition in the selection process to students participating in the Baden-Wuerttemberg Program, which is an exchange program between UMass Amherst and universities in the Baden-Württemberg region of Germany. This scholarship provides financial support to help German language and culture students pursue their educational goals.
