Emerging Leader International Student Scholarship

The Emerging Leader International Student Scholarship is a foundation scholarship offered by Federation University Australia to recognize and support international students who demonstrate leadership qualities and commitment to community engagement. This scholarship is specifically designed for continuing international students who are part of the Student Leadership Program and have completed a minimum of 40 hours of community service or university leadership activities. The scholarship provides $1,000 in financial support to help offset the costs of education. Applicants must be enrolled at Federation University Australia across any of its campuses including Ballarat, Berwick, Gippsland, Wimmera, Melbourne City, or studying online. The scholarship is open to students at various study levels including Certificate, Diploma, FAST (pre-bachelor), Bachelor, Honours, and Postgraduate programs, across both higher education and TAFE sectors. To be eligible, students must provide a letter from a community organization or Federation University outlining their role responsibilities and hours completed in leadership activities. This scholarship recognizes students who are making a positive impact through leadership and community engagement while pursuing their academic goals.
