Emma Bailey Memorial Award

The Emma Bailey Memorial Award is presented to a student with satisfactory academic standing who is convocating with a degree in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Alberta. This memorial award recognizes students who demonstrate excellence beyond academics, including athletic, artistic, musical, or theatrical abilities. The award also honors students who show active involvement in co-curricular activities and demonstrate generosity and kindness towards others. The award was established through endowed funds by the generous and compassionate friends and colleagues of Dr. Bailey and his family to honour and remember Emma's life.
