Employability Fund

The Employability Fund is designed to help eligible undergraduates and recent graduates access financial assistance for many of the costs that can arise with accessing work experience or getting started in your early career. The Fund provides financial support to help undertake unpaid or low paid work experience, access career-related events, or help towards costs associated with getting started in early career. In 2025/26, eligible students can apply for support in two categories: Unpaid Work Experience (up to £500 contribution) and Career Development Activity or Freelancing Essentials (up to £300 contribution). The Fund is aimed at supporting UK Home students from underrepresented backgrounds currently enrolled on undergraduate degrees or who have recently graduated from Bath Spa University within 15 months of completion.
