Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Foundation Original Source

About This Opportunity

The ENA Foundation offers a comprehensive portfolio of grants and scholarships designed to advance emergency nursing education and research. The program includes research grants ranging from $500 implementation grants for first-time researchers to major $30,000 research grants for experienced researchers pursuing innovative, high-quality studies. Additionally, the ENA Foundation/Sigma Theta Tau International partnership provides up to $6,000 for research advancing emergency nursing practice. The scholarship program supports emergency nurses at all educational levels, from associate degrees through doctoral programs. Academic scholarships are available in spring and fall cycles for ENA members and some non-member categories, with requirements including a minimum 3.0 GPA and attendance at ACEN or CCNE accredited institutions. Conference scholarships enable both domestic and global nurses to attend ENA's annual Emergency Nursing conference for professional development and networking. Special initiatives include the Emergency Nursing Diverse Voices Research (ENDVR) Fellowship, an 18-month to two-year program supporting first-time researchers from underrepresented populations in emergency nursing research. The fellowship provides funding for travel, hotel stays, event registrations, and research grants up to $500.
