About this opportunity
The Engineering Access Grant is a one-off cash bursary of £1,000 designed to support undergraduate students from widening participation backgrounds who have a disability. The grant is available to prospective students entering the Faculty of Engineering at Imperial College London during the 2025-26 academic year. To be eligible, applicants must have a household income of £70,000 or less (confirmed by their local funding authority), qualify for contextual admissions schemes indicating widening participation background, and have a disability as defined in the Equality Act 2010. This includes physical impairment, vision or hearing impairment, specific learning difficulties, intellectual disabilities, or neurodivergence. The scholarship aims to improve access to engineering education for underrepresented students facing financial and disability-related barriers.
