Engineering Global Talent Scholarship

The Engineering Global Talent Scholarship provides financial support to international students pursuing undergraduate degrees in the School of Engineering at the University of Southampton. Up to 5 scholarships of £2,000 are available for the first 3 years of study. The scholarship is designed to recognize and support talented international students studying in various engineering disciplines including aeronautical and astronautical engineering, civil engineering, maritime engineering, mechanical engineering, medical engineering, and the institute of sound and vibration research. To be eligible, applicants must have received a course offer, selected Southampton as their firm choice, be classified as international students paying overseas fees, and not be receiving any other external scholarship equal to or greater than their tuition fees. Applications are competitive and assessed based on academic merit, supporting statements, and qualifications.
