English - Independent Graduate Instructor Award for Excellence in Teaching

This award recognizes outstanding graduate student teachers in the English Department at the University of Waterloo. The award is designed to acknowledge excellence in teaching by graduate students who serve as independent instructors. Mentoring or supervising professors nominate outstanding student teachers for this honor. Recipients are selected automatically by the Faculty/Department based on their teaching performance during the Winter term. The award provides recognition and a monetary prize for graduate students demonstrating exceptional teaching abilities in English courses.
