About this opportunity
The English Studies Essay Contest is an award opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in a degree program in English at Eastern Illinois University. Applicants must submit an essay of at least 1200 words dealing with topics such as literary analysis or interpretation, rhetoric or composition studies, professional writing, pedagogy, or creative nonfiction.
