About this opportunity
The Environment and Climate Change Canada Atmospheric and Meteorological undergraduate supplement provides financial support to high-calibre students working toward degrees in the atmospheric or meteorological sciences or related fields. The supplement aims to stimulate research in the atmospheric and meteorological sciences at Canadian institutions and encourage undergraduate students to carry out research of interest to Environment and Climate Change Canada. The program increases contacts between Environment and Climate Change Canada researchers and Canadian institutions while promoting training of potential candidates for possible future graduate studies in the atmospheric and meteorological sciences and possible future employment at Environment and Climate Change Canada. This supplement provides an additional $1,000 to students who are holding or have held an Undergraduate Student Research Award (USRA) in the preceding fall or winter terms.
