Erasmus+ Traineeship (Erasmuspraktik)

The Erasmus+ Traineeship program allows students at the University of Gothenburg to undertake internships at companies, organizations, and research/education centers abroad while receiving a stipend through the Erasmus+ program. Students are responsible for finding their own internship placement. The internship does not need to be within the student's specific subject area but must be relevant to their education, as verified by their institution. The stipend does not affect regular student financial aid. The program supports internships lasting between 2 months and 360 days for traditional placements, or 5-30 days when combined with a virtual component. Students must be physically present at the host organization during the internship period. The stipend is intended as a contribution toward costs associated with the internship period, such as travel and accommodation, and varies depending on the destination country and duration of stay.
