Errett and Mazie Warner Presidential Award in Music

The Errett and Mazie Warner Presidential Award in Music supports outstanding junior and senior students majoring in Music at Eastern Illinois University. The award recognizes students who demonstrate exceptional scholastic achievement with a minimum B average (3.0 GPA) and outstanding character that reflects well upon the university. Financial need is considered as a final criterion after narrowing candidates to three finalists. This presidential award celebrates excellence in music education and student conduct, providing financial support to deserving students who exemplify both academic merit and personal integrity. The award is announced in the Spring semester and disbursed in the Fall semester.
