Estella Stelter Award in Dental Hygiene

The Estella Stelter Award in Dental Hygiene is awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in or convocating from the Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on academic standing and demonstrated commitment and involvement with the oral health care needs of adults in long-term care or of older adults. This award recognizes students who show dedication to serving vulnerable populations in oral healthcare. The award is made possible through annual funds provided by Shelley Schindell in memory of Estella Stelter.
