Etablering av ACT-, FACT- og FACT ung-team

This grant opportunity supports the establishment of ACT (Assertive Community Treatment), FACT (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment), and FACT ung teams to provide comprehensive, simultaneous, and interdisciplinary service offerings to children, youth, and adults with mental health challenges and substance use. The program is part of the Mental Health Escalation Plan (2023–2033) and is mentioned in the prevention and treatment reform for the addiction field as well as the community and mastery initiative. The program aims to strengthen municipal mental health and addiction services through specialized team-based care models. Applications are administered through regional state governors (Statsforvalteren), with municipalities and intermunicipal companies eligible to apply.
