Etablering og utvikling av kommunale frisklivs-, lærings- og mestringstilbud

This grant program is designed to stimulate municipalities in establishing and developing municipal health promotion, learning, and coping services. The offerings aim to promote health and quality of life, prevent disease, and contribute to coping with disease in the population, regardless of social background. They also aim to contribute to better resource utilization of the overall effort in health and care services. The grant was previously allocated under the state budget chapter 760, post 61. However, as of budget year 2026, this allocation has been incorporated into the general framework grant to municipalities, and new applications can no longer be submitted for this specific program. Recipients of grants awarded in 2025 are still required to report on the use of funds.
