Etablering og utvikling av kommunale frisklivs-, lærings- og mestringstilbud

This grant program is administered by Helseetaten (Health Agency) on behalf of Helsedirektoratet (Norwegian Directorate of Health) to support the establishment and development of municipal healthy living, learning, and mastery programs. The funding is specifically allocated to Oslo municipality with NOK 3,140,000 available for 2026, subject to approved state budget. The grant supports projects that promote healthy living programs and patient education initiatives at the municipal level. Applicants must submit detailed project plans including evaluation plans for amounts of NOK 500,000 or more, progress plans, and SMART goals. The program requires separate accounting with dedicated project numbers beginning with 3 for state funding tracking, and projects receiving NOK 200,000 or more require auditor review according to ISA 805 standards.
