Etableringsstipend

Etableringsstipendet is a grant program offered by Oslo Kommune (City of Oslo) to support younger artists in their establishment phase in Oslo. The program covers all types of establishment costs and investments. This stipend is one of six different grants that the Cultural Agency allocates on behalf of Oslo Municipality. The program aims to ensure quality, innovation, research, accessibility and/or breadth within the art and culture sector, enriching the city's cultural life for the benefit of the municipality's residents. The grant is designed for artists who are newly educated and establishing themselves in Oslo, relatively newly moved to Oslo, or establishing themselves within a new art field in Oslo.
