Ethel Christine MacKenzie Award in Music (Augustana)

The Ethel Christine MacKenzie Award in Music is awarded to students with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in any year of a Bachelor of Music in Performance-Based Pedagogy at Augustana Faculty. Selection is based on academic standing, with preference given to students demonstrating excellence in Voice. This award is endowed through the generosity of estate gifts from siblings Elizabeth Selena James and Hal MacKenzie Freeman, in memory of their mother Ethel Christine MacKenzie. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application to the University of Alberta.
