About this opportunity
The Ethel Sloane Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a UW-Milwaukee senior majoring in a natural science within the College of Letters & Science when funds are available. The recipient must be a full-time student with a minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.5. Students must be working on their first bachelor's degree; second degree students are not eligible. The successful applicant will also have a strong endorsement from a professor in the natural sciences.
Students who have an up-to-date Panther Scholarship Portal General Application and the College of Letters & Science Scholarships and Awards Application will be considered, typically in spring each year. No additional or separate application is required; students should thoroughly fill out both applications. Awards given in spring are for the following school year so students graduating that same spring or summer are not eligible.
Please note: This scholarship is not currently available and no awards will be given at this time.
