About this opportunity

The Ethel Williams Memorial Nursing Award is granted to a student graduating from the four year Nursing program or Accelerated Nursing program at the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) who has experienced significant adversity during their nursing degree studies. The recipient will have demonstrated perseverance in overcoming difficult events or circumstances, having faced their challenges with strength and determination. Academic achievement is not a defining criterion for this award. Recipients are recommended by faculty members.
