Etty Cameron Memorial Award in Education

The Etty Cameron Memorial Award in Education is a scholarship awarded annually by the Education Students' Association at the University of Alberta in memory of Etty Cameron. This award supports students who identify as members of a Visible Minority or who are First Nation, Inuit, or Métis persons of Canada in accordance with the Constitution Act, 1982, Part 2, Section 35(2). Recipients must demonstrate satisfactory academic standing and be enrolled in any year of an undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Education. Selection is based on academic standing and involvement in the student's community, recognizing both academic achievement and community engagement.
