Eugene B. Krehbiel Scholarship

The Eugene B. Krehbiel Scholarship supports junior students at Eastern Illinois University who are majoring in Pre-Medical Studies or Biological Sciences-Animal Studies Program with the intent to pursue graduate-level studies. The scholarship provides financial support to help students continue their education beyond undergraduate studies. The scholarship recipient must be a junior-level student enrolled in either the Pre-Medical Studies Program or the Biological Sciences-Animal Studies Program and must demonstrate intent to pursue graduate-level studies. Financial need is not a primary consideration for selection, but it becomes a determining factor when two or more students are otherwise equally qualified. The award is announced in the spring semester and funds are disbursed in the fall semester. The scholarship amount varies based on available funding.
