Eulalee Anderson and Carlene Pennel Scholarship

The Eulalee Anderson and Carlene Pennel Scholarship is awarded to full-time undergraduate students accepted to Eastern Illinois University majoring in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics. Recipients must maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 and must have graduated from a high school in the State of Illinois. The scholarship recognizes students of outstanding character whose actions and conduct positively reflect upon Eastern Illinois University. Financial need is a consideration in the selection process. A brief written statement must be included that demonstrates character and qualifications. Recipients may be eligible to apply for the award again provided they continue to meet the stated criteria. This award is announced in the Spring and disbursed in the Fall.
