Executive Scholarships (Roberta Sykes Executive Scholarship)

Aurora's Executive Scholarship program supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander managers, entrepreneurs and leaders to attend executive education programs at some of the world's best institutions, including Harvard Business School, Harvard Kennedy School and INSEAD. Aurora's Roberta Sykes Executive Scholarship provides Indigenous managers and professionals, who may not have the time or the formal qualifications to undertake ongoing study, the opportunity to gain new perspectives and ideas, develop skills and new qualifications. The program enables Indigenous leaders to participate in short executive education programs at prestigious international institutions, providing them with leadership development, new skills, and professional qualifications. Scholars have attended programs such as Harvard Business School's Authentic Leadership Development and Harvard Kennedy School's Creating Collaborative Solutions: Innovations in Governance. The scholarship is designed to support career advancement and capacity building for Indigenous leaders across various sectors in Australia.
