Exemplar Health Study Support Scholarship

The Exemplar Health Study Support Scholarship is offered through a partnership between Exemplar Health and the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC). First offered in 2017, this scholarship supports commencing full-time undergraduate students who reside in the Sunshine Coast Local Government Area and demonstrate financial need. The scholarship provides financial assistance to students pursuing specified health-related undergraduate programs at UniSC. The scholarship is valued at $16,000 AUD total, paid in eight instalments each study period for up to eight study periods (four years). This funding helps students manage their financial obligations while studying. One commencing student receives the scholarship each year, making it a highly competitive opportunity for those meeting the eligibility requirements. Eligible programs include health sciences, nursing, midwifery, nutrition, occupational therapy, paramedicine, biomedical science, and clinical exercise physiology. Applicants must be Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens, Permanent Australian Humanitarian Visa holders, or Permanent Residents of Australia. The scholarship is contingent on funding from an external donor and may not be awarded in years when funding is unavailable.
