Exploratory workshops inom konstnärlig forskning

The Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet) offers funding for exploratory workshops in artistic research. The purpose of this grant is to support exploration of potential innovative research areas and novel research ideas within artistic research. The funding can be used, through research collaboration, to test new research questions, methods, analyses, perspectives, data materials, and more. The workshops are intended to create collaborative research environments and to renew the field of artistic research. Applicants can conduct workshop-related activities over 1-2 years and must include at least 1 and up to 6 participating researchers from the artistic field or other knowledge areas. The grant covers workshop-related costs such as meetings, travel, and minor speaker fees, but cannot be used for salaries, research funds, or scholarships.
