About this opportunity
This scholarship is offered annually to a continuing undergraduate student in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Calgary who is majoring in a program from specific humanities departments. The award supports students majoring in English, Classics and Religion, Philosophy, or programs within The School of Languages, Linguistics, Literatures and Cultures, including East Asian Language Studies, East Asian Studies, German, or Russian. The scholarship is valued at up to $800 and is awarded based on academic merit. Students must be in their second, third, or fourth year of study and can be of any citizenship or residency status. The award is funded by the Humanities Endowment Fund at the University of Calgary.
