Faculty of Education Transfer Opportunities Award

The Faculty of Education Transfer Opportunities Award is provided to students with satisfactory academic standing who are transferring into any year of an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Education at the University of Alberta. The award is designed to support students who demonstrate financial need while maintaining good academic standing. Selection for this award is based on a combination of indicated financial need and academic standing. Priority consideration is given to students who identify as First Nation, Inuit, or Métis people of Canada in accordance with the Constitution Act, 1982, Part 2, Section 35(2), and/or students coming from rural communities. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application through the University of Alberta's scholarship portal. No separate application is required beyond the General Application.
