Faculty of Education Youth Choirs Prize

The Faculty of Education Youth Choirs Prize is awarded in odd-numbered years to a student in any year of a Bachelor of Education degree who achieved the highest academic standing in EDEL 325 and at least one additional general or choral music education course. The recipient must have demonstrated a commitment to developing children's singing skills in the classroom and/or choral setting. This prize is supported by endowed funds from the Faculty of Education Youth Choirs Parent Association of Education. Students are automatically considered based on their completed General Application to the University of Alberta scholarships and awards system.
