Faculty of Engineering and Design BE(Hons) Kick Start Merit Award

The Faculty of Engineering and Design BE(Hons) Kick Start Merit Award is funded by the Faculty of Engineering and Design at the University of Auckland. The main purpose of the Award is to assist students with set up costs for their first year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in the Faculty of Engineering and Design. The award provides financial assistance to help students cover initial expenses as they begin their engineering studies. Up to eight awards are offered annually, each valued at up to $2,500. The tenure of the award is one year and it is specifically designed to support students enrolling in Part I of the BE(Hons) program. Applications open on 18 February 2025 and close on 1 April 2025.
