About this opportunity
The Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport and Recreation Opportunities Award is awarded to students with satisfactory academic standing entering the first year of an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport and Recreation. Selection is based on indicated financial need and academic standing. Preference is given to students who are First Nation, Inuit, or Métis people of Canada in accordance with the Constitution Act, 1982, Part 2, Section 35(2) and/or students coming from rural communities. This entrance award supports new students pursuing undergraduate studies in kinesiology, sport, and recreation fields at the University of Alberta.
