Faculty of Medicine and Health Course Material Scholarship for Dentistry

The Faculty of Medicine and Health Course Material Scholarship for Dentistry was established in 2024 to provide financial support to students pursuing coursework within the School of Dentistry at the University of Sydney. This scholarship is specifically designed to assist students enrolled in the Bachelor of Oral Health or Doctor of Dental Medicine programs who require specialised course materials or uniforms. The scholarship aims to alleviate financial hardship for domestic students who can demonstrate they are receiving means-tested income support payments from Centrelink or another Commonwealth provider. The award is valued at $1,500 and is paid as a one-off payment to help offset the costs of essential learning materials and professional attire required for dental education.
