About this opportunity
This Scholarship was established in 2025 with the aim of assisting students who are experiencing financial hardship within the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney. The scholarship is specifically for currently enrolled full-time, full fee paying students in any coursework degree within the Faculty of Medicine and Health.
The Scholarship covers the tuition fees and Student Services and Amenities Fee for one full time semester of the relevant degree. It is funded by the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney.
Applicants must be continuing Domestic Full Fee Paying (DFEE) or International Full Fee Paying (IFEE) full-time students enrolled in a minimum of 24 credit points in the current semester. Eligible students must be experiencing financial hardship and demonstrate this through receiving Centrelink means-tested income support payments (for domestic students) or holding specific Australian refugee and humanitarian visas (for international students). The scholarship is awarded based on academic progress and demonstrated financial hardship.
