Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Indigenous Award

The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Indigenous Award is awarded to students who are First Nation, Inuit, or Métis people of Canada in accordance with the Constitution Act, 1982, Part 2, Section 35(2) with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in any year of a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Selection is based on academic standing. This endowed award is provided by Applied Pharmaceutical Innovation and supports Indigenous students pursuing pharmacy education at the University of Alberta. Students are automatically considered based on their completed General Application and do not need to submit a separate application for this award.
