Farhan Jiwani Memorial Bursary

A bursary, valued at $2,500, will be awarded to a full-time undergraduate student enrolling in Year One of the Science and Business program in the Faculty of Science at the University of Waterloo. Selection will be based on a combination of academic excellence and demonstrated financial need as determined by Waterloo. This bursary was created to commemorate Farhan Jiwani (BSc '12) and was established through the generosity of Farhan's family and friends, including UW alumni and ACTO founders Parth Khanna, Kapil Kalra and Kumar Erramilli. To be considered, students must complete the University of Waterloo Entrance Bursary application by April 15.
