Felles Ansvar Nordland - Tilskuddsordning

This grant program aims to reduce crime, substance abuse, and violence among children and youth, create safe and inclusive growth conditions, and develop equitable services throughout Nordland county. This is achieved through the establishment of the Felles Ansvar (Shared Responsibility) service. Municipalities in Nordland can apply for funding to plan, establish and develop the Felles Ansvar service in projects lasting up to 3 years. The service includes low-threshold individual follow-up for youth aged 12-19 who have been involved in substance abuse and crime, information work in municipalities for parents and youth about substance abuse and crime, and collaboration with health, police, schools, child welfare services in interdisciplinary teams around young people. The program emphasizes local coordination and new working methods in substance abuse and crime prevention. Funding is provided on a decreasing scale: 90% of approved costs in the first year, 70% in the second year, and 50% in the third year.
