About This Opportunity

The FGSR Graduate Teaching Assistantship (GTA) provides funding for graduate students who assist with the instructional program of undergraduate courses or laboratories at the University of Regina. The assistantship is funded through the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research (FGSR) and provides compensation in accordance with the CUPE 2419 collective agreement for 120 hours of work per semester. This internal funding opportunity is available to full-time graduate students across all areas of study at the University of Regina. Graduate Teaching Assistants play an important role in supporting undergraduate education while gaining valuable teaching experience. The positions are assigned by academic units, and students must submit applications directly to their respective academic units by deadlines determined by each department.
