About this opportunity
The Finn Randall Travel Award was established in memory of Finn Randall, an alumnus of the University of Strathclyde and an intrepid traveller. This award assists one registered undergraduate or postgraduate student of the University with the cost of a particular scheme of travel which is considered to be the most enterprising and the most relevant to their course of study. The award is granted to assist students with planned non-compulsory travel undertaken to enrich the applicant's interests and skills within their field of study. The purpose, region, and duration of the travel are entirely up to the applicant. The award is not for travel to the University, conference travel, research, fieldwork or any travel directly associated with, or part of, a course/programme/PhD. After the event, the successful applicant will provide a report on their travels to those who established the award.
