FIRST Robotics Scholarship

The George Washington University has partnered with For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST) to award students who have participated on a FIRST Team with a renewable scholarship. This scholarship is specifically designed for first-year applicants who have completed at least one season on a FIRST Robotics Team. The award provides financial support for undergraduate studies with a preference given to students pursuing majors in engineering and natural sciences. To be eligible, students must be high school seniors applying as first-year students to GW and must submit their application no later than the Regular Decision deadline of January 5. The scholarship is renewable for up to five years or ten semesters of undergraduate studies, providing long-term financial support throughout the student's academic career.
