About this opportunity
The Learning Disabilities Program First Year Scholarship is given to first-year students who distinguish themselves during the interview process either by strength of academic record, interpersonal skills, or demonstrated interest in Westfield State. The staff of the Learning Disabilities Program established the LDP First Year Scholarship to provide financial assistance to an incoming first year LDP student who has completed the application process and received his/her acceptance letter. The scholarship is specifically designed to support students accepted into the Learning Disabilities Program at Westfield State University who demonstrate financial need and are committed to attending the university. Recipients must be prospective first-year students who have been accepted into the Learning Disabilities Program, have demonstrated financial need as confirmed with the Financial Aid Office, and have committed to attend Westfield State University through paid deposit.
