Fjordane Friluftsråd Motivasjonsmidlar for Strandrydding

Fjordane Friluftsråd offers motivation grants to combat marine pollution in Norway. The program invites organizations, businesses, and schools to apply for funding for initiatives that combat pollution in nature. The funds can be used to cover costs related to cleanup campaigns or preventive measures. Eligible activities include transportation of volunteers to and from cleanup areas, food and accommodation in connection with cleanup campaigns, and rental of equipment or reimbursement for fuel and use of private boats, cars, trailers, ATVs, or tractors. The program aims to support voluntary cleanup efforts in member municipalities including Solund, Askvoll, Kinn, Bremanger, Stad, Stryn, Høyanger, Hyllestad, Fjaler, Sunnfjord, and Gloppen. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with a specific deadline of September 14, and the next call will open in spring 2026.
