Florence A. Nocka Scholarship

The Florence A. Nocka Scholarship is an award given to Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) students who are Virginia residents and have demonstrated an aptitude for veterinary medicine, excepting those in the top 10% of the class. This criteria was established so as to make scholarship funds available to students who otherwise may be ineligible for other merit-based awards. Preference is given to those with a demonstrated interest in small animal medicine, especially felines. The scholarship is administered through Virginia Tech's Scholarship Central platform and is designed to support veterinary students pursuing their DVM degree.
