About This Opportunity
The Florence Andison Friedman Awards are awarded annually to undergraduate or graduate students with satisfactory academic standing in Painting and Drawing at the University of Alberta. Recipients are selected on the basis of demonstrated promise in the area of painting and/or drawing. This award may be offered to a convocating student, and the selection of recipients and the allotment of funds shall be at the discretion of the Awards Committee of the Department of Art and Design. The award is made possible through endowed funds provided by friends and family of the late Florence Andison Friedman.
