Folke och Marianne Edlers forskningsfond (maligna sjukdomar)

The Folke and Marianne Edler Research Fund supports basic scientific research that can contribute to understanding the causes of environmentally-induced malignant diseases, especially cancers such as bladder cancer. The fund aims to support finding treatment methods based on biotechnology and prophylactic methods for treating these diseases. Development of device technology for early diagnosis or treatment may also be considered. Research areas may be conducted in consultation with university hospitals in western or southern Sweden. The scholarship amounts to SEK 150,000 and is specifically for researchers employed at Chalmers University of Technology.
