About this opportunity
Forskarskolan energisystem is a call for funding to lead an interdisciplinary doctoral project within the Energy Systems Graduate School. The program aims to develop new knowledge and competence that enables long-term development towards a sustainable energy system. Projects should address society's energy challenges and strengthen the transition to a fossil-free energy system. The graduate school brings together researchers and doctoral students across disciplinary boundaries and offers joint courses, seminars, and activities coordinated by Samverkansforum at Linköping University. Each funded project consists of 2-3 doctoral positions for four years of study with a common problem formulation, combining perspectives from social sciences/humanities with natural sciences/technical research areas. Doctoral students must participate in mandatory education, seminars and activities including a 30 ECTS credit course package.
