About this opportunity

The purpose of this call is to finance joint research projects between Ukraine and Norway that contribute to improving mental health among Ukrainians experiencing mental health problems due to the ongoing war. The funded projects will develop and evaluate concrete, action-oriented and context-relevant, research-based interventions. The war in Ukraine presents unique challenges that require existing interventions to be adapted and scaled up to meet the needs of a society at war. There is a need for interventions that are both broadly applicable and accessible to a broad spectrum of the population, while being adapted to the specific needs of different population groups. In addition, this call aims to promote lasting research collaborations between Ukrainian and Norwegian researchers.
